The BCCI have announced the T20I and One day international squads for the home series against West Indies starting from 6th December.
India will start the series with 3 T20I matches on 6th December. Sanju Samson, Krunal Pandya, Khaleel Ahmed. Rahul Chahar who was included in the series against South Africa and Bangladesh has been dropped from the squad that played in the T20I series against Bangladesh this month.
Kuldeep Yadav makes a comeback into the T20I squad. Keeping in the mind of the World T20, Yadav has been a chance to prove his worth with Chahal. The team will be led by Virat Kohli who opted for rest in the series against Bangladesh. Ravindra Jadeja has been included in the T20I squad after Krunal Pandya failed in the T20I series.
The Indian selectors have chosen a strong T20I squad. Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul are the top order batsmen. Manish Pandey, Shreyas Iyer, Rishabh Pant would comprise of the middle order which also includes Virat Kohli.
Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav comprise of spinners. Jadeja and Shivam Dube comprise of all-rounders. Mohammed Shami, Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar would do the pace bowlers.
The first T20I would be played on 6th December at Mumbai, 2nd one on 8th December at Thiruvananthapuram and the final T20I match would be played on Hyderabad on 11th December.

After the T20I series, the Indian team will face West Indies in 3 match ODI series starting from 15th December. The ODI squad looks strong with regular players like Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul comprise of top order.
Manish Pandey, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Kedar Jadhav, Risbabh Pant would comprise of middle order. Shivam Dube has also got a chance in the ODI squad. Along with Dube, Jadeja has been included. The pace bowling and spin bowling options remain the same as of T20I squad.
The first ODI will be played on 12th December at Chennai, 2nd one at Vizag on 15th December and the final ODI would be played on 22nd December at Cuttack.
