Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab, Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore bought to strengthen their squads.
Apart from few star players, many uncapped Indian players who performed well in the domestic T20 tournament likes Yashiwal Jaiswal, Virat Singh were bought by franchises at big price.
